Frank invested in the Shure Axient wireless system which has the capability to communicate with its home-base on his sound cart so running to adjust frequencies on set will no longer be a thing. The Shure Axients have the ability to “hop” to a new frequency instantly if there is any RF interference. These are a game changer in the film and TV industry for us sound nerds, but more importantly, the product.
The Axient wireless’ will be accommodated with a Sound Devices 888, 16-ch 32 float multitrack recorder with noise reduction.
Frank has everything you need for a feature film or full run of a network TV show including playback, speakers, follow-cart, hi-power antennas, and full communications on set
